If you look closely in the small shops piled high with well-loved books, you just might spot one of these book fae. Four eyes let them read quickly while keeping an eye out for their favorite books to hide away in the deepest pile.

But when a book-loving soul walks into a shop sometimes these tricky fae are the ones that help you find that perfect book. The one you spot and just have to take home.

On days you don’t find “the one” it may be because that shop’s fae felt grumpy and hid it from you. Or they may have been too immersed in their own reading to help you out.

Can you blame them when they can speed-read a couple of books at once?
